AIAO è una associazione italiana (Nazionale) di secondo livello regolarmente registrata all’Agenzia delle Entrate ed iscritta al RUNTS (Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore – rep. n. 106390)
NON CI SI ISCRIVE AD AIAO DIRETTAMENTE MA TRAMITE LE ASSOCIAZIONI AFFILIATE, DISTRIBUITE SU TUTTO IL TERRITORIO NAZIONALE!
AIAO accetta iscrizioni da parte di Associazioni (persone giuridiche) che condividano i valori statutari.
Recesso delle Associazioni
Le Associazioni Consociate possono recedere da AIAO in qualsiasi momento oppure alla scadenza naturale dell’anno associativo, in concomitanza con il rinnovo delle quote. Il recesso va comunicato tramite PEC o raccomandata, come previsto dallo Statuto AIAO e dal Codice Civile. In caso di recesso anticipato rispetto alla scadenza annuale, le quote versate non saranno rimborsate.
Note sulla Privacy
I sistemi informatici di AIAO (incluso il portale internet) trattano esclusivamente i dati delle associazioni (persone giuridiche: enti, associazioni, club). Ai sensi del Decreto Legge 6/12/2011 n. 201, tali soggetti non sono considerati “interessati al trattamento”, diversamente dalle persone fisiche.
La gestione della privacy dei soci (persone fisiche) appartenenti alle Associazioni Consociate è di esclusiva competenza delle stesse, che ne assumono piena responsabilità.
Materiale Informativo
AIAO provvederà a inviare eventuale materiale informativo (rivista sociale, anelli, ecc.) all’indirizzo dell’Associazione Consociata, la quale si occuperà della distribuzione ai propri soci.
General informations
AIAO accepts registrations from Associations (legal entities) that share its statutory values.
Associated Associations can withdraw from the AIAO at any time or at the natural expiry of the year, in conjunction with the renewal of membership fees. A simple communication via PEC or registered letter is enough, as required by the AIAO Statute and the Civil Italian Code. In the event of early termination after the annual deadline, the membership fees are not returned.
The information systems of AIAO, such as the internet portal, only report the data of the legal person associations (institutions and associations, clubs). These, according to the regulations in force (Decree Law 6/12/2011 n. 201 ) are not considered “interested in the treatment”, as provided instead for natural persons. The management of the privacy of the members (natural persons) belonging to the Associated Associations is the exclusive responsibility of the same who are solely responsible for it.
AIAO will arrange for the shipment of any information material, such as the social magazine, the rings or other, to the address of the Associated Association. It will be the same to provide for any distribution to its members.
